SR-HYDROZOAN POLYPEPTIDE-1

Not on the EU Annex III list

sr-Hydrozoan Polypeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant protein fragment produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized to be identical to the gene which codes for Fibrillar Collagen derived from Podocoryna carnea (hydrozoan). The parent protein contains a maximum of 429 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

SR-HYDROZOAN POLYPEPTIDE-1 is listed in the European Commission CosIng inventory under the functional categories Film Forming, Hair Conditioning, Humectant, Skin Conditioning, Uv Filter. CosIng records no CAS number for it, so the column is NULL rather than guessed. In the free INCIDB sample it appears on 1 product label, reaching position 22 on Collagen By Watsons Hydro Balance Temizleme Köpüğü.
